Cookie Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This page lists everything the TryWorkWell website stores in your browser. It is a short list, and most of it is not cookies at all. Nothing in the optional group is stored until you accept it.
None of this concerns the desktop app. Camera frames are analysed on your own machine and never leave it, which is set out in the privacy policy.
Essential, always on
These make the site work. They cannot be switched off, because without them you could not stay signed in or keep the theme you picked, and we would ask you about cookies on every single page.
| Name | Type | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| workwell-consent | Local storage | Remembers whether you accepted analytics, so you are asked once. | Until you clear it |
| workwell-theme | Local storage | Remembers whether you chose the light or dark version of the site. | Until you clear it |
| sb-…-auth-token | Local storage | Keeps you signed in to your account. Only present once you log in. | Until you sign out |
All three are local storage rather than cookies, which means they stay in your browser and are never sent to us with a request.
Analytics, only if you accept
These tell us which pages people read and where they give up, which is how the site gets better. They are set only after you choose Accept, and choosing Essential only means none of them are ever created.
| Name | Type | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Cookie | Google Analytics. Distinguishes one visitor from another. | 400 days |
| _ga_RV4S17VLG2 | Cookie | Google Analytics. Keeps session state for this specific site. | 400 days |
| _clck, _clsk | Cookie | Microsoft Clarity. Ties page views into a single session so we can see where people get stuck. | 1 year and 1 day |
Counted without cookies
We also count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify you, so it needs no consent and runs whichever button you pressed. It tells us how many people visited a page and nothing about who they were.
What we do not do
There are no advertising cookies on this site, no tracking pixels from ad networks, and no sale or sharing of your browsing activity. If that ever changes, this page changes first and you would be asked again.
Changing your mind
You can delete these cookies at any time through your browser's settings for this site, which will also reset your theme and sign you out.
